We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders within our delivery coverage area.

There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout. Every handcrafted item is securely packaged and dispatched using trusted delivery services at no extra cost to our customers.

Processing and delivery times outlined in this Shipping Policy continue to apply to all orders, including those eligible for free delivery.

Processing Time

As many of our products are personalised and handmade, orders require preparation before dispatch.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2–4 Working Days
  • Customised Orders: 3–5 Working Days depending on the complexity of the requested design
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Please ensure all personalisation details are provided accurately when placing your order to avoid delays.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • England: 2–5 Working Days
  • Wales: 2–5 Working Days
  • Remote Areas: Additional delivery time may apply

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information via email after dispatch.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the delivery carrier and may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

After an order has been dispatched, delivery services are provided by independent courier companies.

While we carefully package and dispatch all orders, SPIRIT SMITH LTD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Any delivery date provided by a courier is an estimate only.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel must be re-dispatched.
  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require payment of additional delivery costs before re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the product.
