How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Do you ship internationally?
